My name is Lindsey Del Rio. I am a New York-based fine art and elopement/wedding photographer. 

I consider myself a visual storyteller. My passion is being able to tell stories —YOUR STORIES— with my camera. With my work, I aim to create visual time capsules of your most special moments. I do this by capturing your day exactly as it happens. All you have to do is be in the moment, enjoy every second, and let me worry about the rest. I adore noticing all of the magical moments throughout your day and capturing all of your authentic moments. When you look back at the photographs and are instantly transported back to the way you felt in those pictures, I know my job is done.

A little bit more about me.

Lindsey Del Rio has lived in the oceanfront town of Long Beach, New York her entire life. At a young age, she was given a toy camera for Christmas and instantly became infatuated with how it captured anything and everything she put in front of it. That toy camera became a way to record and thereby preserve everything around her.

Photography initially was just a way to record her experiences. However, anxiety as a teen pushed her to use photography to communicate the thoughts and emotions that she couldn't express with words.

Today, Lindsey is still using photography as a means to communicate. Experimenting with photographic techniques to explore her beliefs as well as convey messages and stories.

Lindsey has developed her skills as an artist at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Where in 2024 she received a BFA in photography and a double minor in art history and women and gender studies.
